日野　勝吾（ひの　しょうご）

1979年（昭和54年）3月

愛知県一宮市生まれ。
1997年（平成9年）  3月

私立大成高等学校卒業。
2001年（平成13年）3月

中京大学法学部法律学科卒業。
2003年（平成15年）3月

熊本大学大学院法学研究科公共政策専攻修士課程修了。
2007年（平成19年）9月

中京大学大学院法務研究科法務専攻専門職学位課程修了。
2011年（平成22年）3月

東洋大学大学院法学研究科私法学専攻博士後期課程単位取得退学。

職歴は、内閣府、消費者庁、独立行政法人国民生活センター等を経て、2013年（平成25年）、高崎商科大学商学部特任講師。2014年（平成26年）、淑徳大学コミュニティ政策学部助教。2017年（平成29年）より同准教授。2022年（令和4年）より同学部コミュニティ政策学科長。2023年（令和5年）より同教授。
 
なお、中京大学社会科学研究所特任研究員、消費者行政充実ネットちば幹事、特定非営利活動法人消費者市民サポートちば副理事長、市民のための公益通報者保護法の抜本的改正を求める全国連絡会幹事等も務める。
 
所属学会は、日本労働法学会、日本消費者法学会、日本法政学会、日本保険学会等。

Shogo Hino

Born and raised in Aichi Prefecture. Shogo HINO was born in March 1979, and graduated summa cum laude the Chukyo University, School of Law. Then, graduated the Kumamoto University, Graduate School of Law (Master's program) in 2003, through the work the Juroku Bank(Gifu Pref.), was admitted in the Chukyo University Law School(Juris Doctor's program). After Law School completion, while working for the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan and the Consumer Affairs Agency, the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan. Aspiring researcher, was admitted to the Toyo University Graduate School of Law (Doctor's program). Consistently, are conducting research focused on  consumer law ,labor and employment law. Shogo HINO is also active as a social philanthropist and a member of qualified consumer organization "Syohisya simin support chiba".In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, He worked to eradicate consumer affairs.
